Is the enquiry inbox included in my plan?

Yes. Unlimited contact forms, custom fields and the inbox are on every plan, including Free. What changes between plans is how many instant email alerts you get each month, and how long we keep your submissions.

Will I get spam through the forms?

We actively filter out spam, so what lands in your inbox is real enquiries from real people rather than junk you have to wade through.

Can I be notified by email?

Yes, up to your plan's allowance. Premium includes 100 instant alerts a month, Premium + 250 and Premium ++ 500. On Free you get a daily digest rather than instant alerts. Either way every submission is saved to your inbox, so nothing is missed once you reach the cap.

Does it replace my email?

Think of it as a safety net alongside it. Every submission is saved in your dashboard whether or not an email reaches you — so a missed alert, a full inbox or a busy month never loses you the lead.
